Met l\u2019accent sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, de la force et de la souplesse chez les a\u00een\u00e9s qui s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent de leur \u00e9quilibre ou qui ont fait une chute.
