Il propose un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019outils et de ressources \u00e0 l\u2019appui du transfert et de l\u2019\u00e9change de connaissances, comme des webinaires, des m\u00e9dias sociaux, des bulletins, des sites Web et des technologies en ligne connexes h\u00e9berg\u00e9es et soutenues par le Centre d\u2019\u00e9tudes sur le vieillissement et la sant\u00e9 de Providence Care. The goal of SGS is to reduce the burden of disability by detecting and treating reversible conditions and recommending optimal management of chronic conditions.
