la moiti\u00e9 de votre assiette de fruits et l\u00e9gumes, le quart d\u2019aliments \u00e0 grains entiers et le dernier quart d\u2019aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines.\n<ul>\n<li>Consultez le <a
