Ce type de marche est excellent, car il sollicite les muscles du bas et du haut du corps. De plus, la marche nordique est plus facile que la marche r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9coutez de la musique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9couter de la musique en marchant peut vous aider \u00e0 maintenir un rythme r\u00e9gulier et m\u00eame \u00e0 accro\u00eetre votre vitesse. Choisissez de la musique rythm\u00e9e et stimulante que vous aimez. Marchez avec un membre de votre famille ou un ami quelques fois par semaine pour rester motiv\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilisez des technologies portables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les technologies portables comprennent de simples podom\u00e8tres et des appareils multifonctions, comme un Fitbit. Ils sont populaires aupr\u00e8s des gens qui ont des objectifs de sant\u00e9 et veulent suivre leurs progr\u00e8s. Ces appareils peuvent enregistrer la distance en kilom\u00e8tres, le nombre de pas, la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et bien davantage.
