Pour faire cet exercice, vous devez prendre appui sur une surface stable, comme l\u2019\u00e9vier de la cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de commencer vos exercices, posez-vous les questions suivantes : Est-ce que vous vous sentez bien? Avez-vous mang\u00e9? Portez-vous des chaussures \u00e0 semelles antid\u00e9rapantes? Y a-t-il des obstacles ou des objets qui encombrent l\u2019espace autour de vous ou qui pourraient vous faire tr\u00e9bucher?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Debout devant l\u2019\u00e9vier de la cuisine, prenez appui sur vos deux mains<\/li>\n<li>En commen\u00e7ant par le pied droit, gardez le talon sur le plancher et relevez vos orteils.<\/li>\n<li>Comptez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 en relevant vos orteils, puis baissez-les et d\u00e9tendez-vous.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019exercice avec le pied gauche.
