Healthy eating is more than the foods you eat. It’s also about where, when, why and how you eat.
Start developing good eating habits by:
- Taking time to eat
- Noticing when you are hungry and when you are full
- Cooking more often
- Planning what you will eat
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a chore, make it fun! Involve others in planning and preparing meals, or share your meal experience with others. Use meals as a way to stay connected to your loved ones.
