Start developing good eating habits by:

  • Taking time to eat
  • Noticing when you are hungry and when you are full
  • Cooking more often
  • Planning what you will eat

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a chore, make it fun! Involve others in planning and preparing meals, or share your meal experience with others. Use meals as a way to stay connected to your loved ones.
